Oral Health 101

  • Brush, floss, and tongue scrape daily

  • Eat the rainbow

  • Take vitamin D3, K2, and magnesium

  • Have an airway assessment and practice good sleep hygiene

  • Hydrate

This isn’t everything, but definitely a good place to start.

Your overall well-being is significantly impacted by the health of your mouth and there are numerous ways that you can support this symbiotic relationship.

Start with the basics, like brushing, flossing, and tongue scraping. Once those become a habit do some lab testing and see how fat-soluble vitamins like D3 and K2 can help and what your proper dose would be.

Hydration and sleep are critical. Are you waking up tired, irritable, or crashing midday? Give us a call and set up an airway assessment. It may be just what you need to restore your health.
